A virtuoso cellist and sparkling singer, Ana Carla Maza pays tribute to the Havana neighborhood where she grew up and was introduced to music. Through the prism of a broader musical language, she takes us on a journey through the traditional music of her childhood: from bossa nova to salsa, cumbia and reggae. For her new creation, Caribe, which combines cello, piano, saxophone, percussion and drums, she shares her artistic vision of joie de vivre with freshness and charisma.
