The Kills are back, and they’re determined to turn La Route du Rock upside down! To do so, Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince combine hits and new material in front of a packed audience.
In the early days of The Kills, Floridian Alison Mosshart and Londoner Jamie Hince sent each other their first song sketches on cassette tapes. Everything accelerated when Alison moved to England, signing with Domino Records and releasing her debut album Keep on Your Mean Side in 2003. The world was introduced to lo-fi garage rock, where drum machines take the place of drums and Mosshart’s feline voice meets Hince’s fuzz guitar. A recipe refined over the course of several albums, which will reach the general public in 2011 with the release of Blood Pressure.
In Brittany, the duo prove once again that their hits haven’t aged a bit, while introducing audiences to tracks from their 2023 album God Games.
