The Tribute to Calvin Russell, Robert Finley and Shakura S’Aida concert is on the program of the Festival Jazz à Vienne 2024.

The festival at Vienne’s Théâtre Antique promises an exceptional evening with three renowned artists.

We regret to inform you that Popa Chubby’s European tour has been cancelled for health reasons.

His concert on the Théâtre Antique stage on July 3 is therefore cancelled, but the blues evening is maintained with Shakura S’Aida, Robert Finley, and, replacing Popa Chubby, the Tribute to Calvin Russell project orchestrated by Manu Lanvin with Beverly Jo Scott, Gérard Lanvin, Johnny Gallagher and Neal Black.

Robert Finley, a self-taught guitarist with a soulful voice, will plunge us into the history of American music.

Finally, Shakura S’Aida, the great voice of the blues, will transport us with her vocal power and musical diversity, ranging from blues to Americana, funk and gospel.

A not-to-be-missed event for fans of authentic music.
