Trained with Opher Brayer, pianist Yaron Herman presents his eleventh album, built around an entirely improvised corpus. He thus follows in the musical tradition from Bach to Chopin, from Beethoven to Messiaen, who wove melodies and invented harmonies in the moment, sometimes the matrix of their masterpieces. With each new concert, Yaron Herman does not know exactly where he is going to go. He knows that the next few minutes contain something absolutely new. The time in which he engages and takes us with him, is a time apart: pure, rare and full of promise.
