Last June, the fifth Festival Villa Aperta gathered in Rome, in the gardens of the Villa Medici, big names and young talents of pop, rock, and electro under the banner of “modern music”. On the program: the singer Christophe and his immortal “Dolce Vita”, his three compatriots of the group Cheveu, the electro girls from Brooklyn of Au Revoir Simone, the star Brodinski, the ravaging Italians of Luminal, Jackson and his Computer Band, two ex-pensionners of the Villa Medici, Laurent Durupt (Links) and David Sanson (That Summer)… Moreover, the director of the Villa Medici, Éric de Chassey, will present the mission of this prestigious institution.
