Jean-Benoît Dunckel – half of the mythical duo Air – offers himself a solo career. This is not his first experience away from Nicolas Godin: the artist has already tried the exercise with the projects Darkel and Starwalker. It is on the other hand the first time that he plays and publishes in his own name. A small revolution that goes through the INASOUND box!

To make his solo adventure official, JB Dunckel published last year with Sony the album H+. An opus which has a red thread: transhumanism. Not dystopian for a penny, this album seeks on the contrary to put in music the field of possibilities which is offered to the humanity thanks to the fusion man/machine. Jean-Benoît Dunckel composes here an optimistic and weightless music, a reverie which is not without reminding Air.

For INASOUND, JB Dunckel travels in the past rather than in the future. He joins forces with video jockey DJ Oof to return to the origins of electronic music. A show as much visual as sonorous where archive images and live performance are combined for an hour of peregrinations in time and space.
