“A star is born. The meeting between the young Cuban cellist Ana Carla and the inescapable Vincent Ségal (Bumcello, Cesaria Evora, Glenn Ferris, Ben Harper,…) for a moment of grace that touches the unspeakable, like witnessing the birth of a star.
 The notes of these two cello tightrope walkers become in turn caresses, punches or sighs.
 If Archie Shepp plays the devil’s music, we could say that Ana Carla plays the angels’ music, so much the emotion she puts in each of her notes or in her voice carries us away.
