From New York underground to the Moods stage: in 2012 The Lesson GK started a common weekly jam-session, which became the cornerstone of the New York underground Hip-Hop scene. The band is composed of prominent New York background musicians, and toured with Reggie Watts, SZA, Lupe Fiasco and Run DMC, to name but a few. They seamlessly blend elements of experimental Hip-Hop, Jazz, Funk and Soul into a groovy sound.
