After two acclaimed albums on the Vision Fugitive label “_Univers Solitude”_ in 2018 and _Ricercare_ in 2021 guitarist Philippe Mouratoglou returns with “_Nautiles”_, a new program based on original compositions.
In a trio with Ramon Lopez on drums and Bruno Chevillon on double bass, the three musicians present a work where the beauty of sound, breathing, and the creation of expansive spaces dominate. And because they also know how to inject a lively and groovy rhythmic dynamic, balanced by moments of the highest elegance, the result is music that is both dreamy, regardless of the tempos, and intensely inhabited, harmoniously uniting the ethereal and the earthy.
