 For his Experiment project, Robert Glasper has surrounded himself with saxophonist and vocalist Casey Benjamin, bassist Derrick Hodge and drummer Mark Colenburg. Together, the artists deploy with an obvious complicity and pleasure a melodic, urban and refined music. At A Vaulx Jazz, the quartet will be joined by Yasiin Bey, also known as Mos Def, another iconic figure in American hip-hop.”
