 If Stéphane Grappelli has put the violin in the history of jazz, Richard Galliano has done the same with the accordion. He overturns all preconceived ideas to give us the music to which angels dance.
 Galliano is an alchemist who transforms everything he touches to move us: the musette, Bach and Vivaldi, the tango, the music of the sertão of Brazil, not to mention the great jazz standards that he revisits. This immense artist opens the festival by inviting Michel Perez and Diego Imbert to offer us an original creation, inspired by the beauty of the island of Porquerolles.
