Max Cooper and Uèle Lamore bring contemporary music back to the forefront with their revisiting of the universe of the founder of minimalist music, Terry Riley.
At the heart of a complementary duo stands, on one side, the French-American Uèle Lamore, whose rich and fascinating career continues to shine. Though she began her musical journey with training in jazz, rock, and later classical music, she quickly broke free to take control of her creativity through contemporary music. As a producer, composer, and arranger, Uèle Lamore deconstructs and reassembles sound, offering astonishing musical patchworks. Her first solo album _LOOM_, blending indie-pop and alternative music, is described by the artist herself as a “symphonic poem.”
On the other side is Irish producer Max Cooper, a master of synesthetic experimentation. He excels in the art of creating immersive audiovisual experiences, where sound and light intertwine. Max Cooper has also distinguished himself through prestigious collaborations throughout his career, including with Nils Frahm and Hot Chip, as well as Bruce Brubaker and Philip Glass, with whom he composed his most recent opus _Glassforms_.
Together, the two artists unite to revisit Terry Riley, navigating between minimalism and sonic grandeur.
