The French group Funkindustry draws its vitality from the variety and mix of 20th century Afro-American music. Combining with flavor the raw and catchy gimmicks of funk, with the smooth melodies of R’n’B, while dipping into the sensuality of jazz-funk music, Funkindustry has only one guideline: the groove!
In 2020, Funkindustry’s music traveled around the world through locking and to the Japan Dance Delight (national hip hop dance contest). A collaboration between the group and Japanese dancers began, around the single “Gimme All You Got”. This was followed by a series of videos for the singles “Rock This Night”, “You Got To Love Me” and finally “Suddenly” featuring Japanese rapper Jua. Funkindustry’s latest album was released on October 15, 2021.
