Since the dazzling success of her first album in 2007, Asa has never ceased to surprise us by bringing together soul, folk, pop and reggae influences in her delicate songs. She is back with V, produced in the middle of a pandemic in Lagos (Nigeria). Lulled by rhythmic percussions and carried by a sensitive voice, this 5th album transports us to distant lands. It is the meeting with P.Priime, a young producer considered as an avant-gardist of the best Nigerian sounds, to whom she entrusted the realization of this album, which brings her a new breath.
