When Avishai Cohen decided to form a trio built on their talent, Shai Maestro was just 19, and Mark Guiliana, 28, was still relatively unknown. Since then, Maestro has established himself as one of the most sensitive pianists of his generation, while Guiliana, with his electro- and pop-infused drumming, has collaborated with artists like Brad Mehldau and even David Bowie.
