La Fine Equipe is the other baby of the founders of Nowadays Records. Together, the beatmakers sew clever patchworks where very different musical styles intertwine. The result? Redoubtable, as shown in this concert captured during the Fête de l’Humanité.

If La Fine Equipe draws its inspiration from soul, disco, trip-hop and bass music, hip-hop remains the main framework of its compositions. The collective also has fun inlaying movie lines into its tracks, giving them a retro touch.
