Liubov Nosova, finalist in the La Maestra competition, began conducting in 2017. After master classes, she obtained a CAS in Zürich and a master’s degree at the UdK Berlin (2022). In 2021, she was awarded 2nd prize in the conducting competition at the Cité de la Musique in Llyria, Spain. In 2022, she took part in the Paavo Järvi Academy with the Tonhalle Orchestra and the Chigiana Academy with Daniele Gatti. She assisted Cristian Macelaru on a programme with the Orchestre national de France. In 2021, she was supported by the German Conducting Forum and, in 2023, was one of 6 candidates selected for concert funding. She currently devotes her time to conducting symphony orchestras.
