They are one of the oldest French rock bands. At the origin of what is called “zeuhl”, a unique musical genre that mixes jazz, rock and classical. Famous artists such as violinist Didier Lockwood or bassist Jannick Top were part of Magma. Since 2020 a new formation, still around Christian Vender and the singer Stella Vender, is getting ready to go back on stage to celebrate the 50th anniversary of this legendary group.
