In France, Étienne de Crécy is a monument. Wrapped, like Air, Daft Punk, Alex Gopher, Alan Braxe or St Germain, by the name French Touch, he is the co-founder in the early 90s of the Motorbass duo, led with the late Philippe Zdar (half of Cassius). The story is known: Philippe and Etienne meet on the sidelines of recording sessions far from the electronic label (Niagara on one side and MC Solaar on the other), and release a few years later the house monument Super Discount (1996), which will be followed a few years later by Super Discount 2 (2004) then Super Discount 3 (2015).
