Here, nearly two decades afterwards, he graces the stage of the Moods Club in Zurich alongside Greg Tuohey on electric guitar, Anders Christensen on electric bass, and Tommy Crane on the drums and electronics. Through a genre-bending set list, Parks manages to sail between transitions with such effortlessness that it sets the audience at ease, leaving them ready and willing to take in something new. The result is simultaneously bewildering and soothing.
