Pendentif is THE quintet from Bordeaux we’re talking about. After a first EP in 2011, the group released its first album in 2012, Mafia Douce, which was acclaimed by the critics. They deliver a colorful pop, sometimes pulling towards the electro. An effective mix, especially when sung in French. Pendentif understood this and, on the contrary of what you can hear in English pop bands, they sing in French while sometimes integrating a few sentences in English. A wink to their references!
